No appointments needed for standard services. We operate first-come-first-served, but can schedule specific return dates when required.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and cash payments for all our services and retail products.
How are repair costs calculated?
Costs include £8 minimum labour charge plus £50 hourly rate. We provide free assessments and transparent pricing before starting work.
What happens if I can't collect my bike immediately?
Bikes left beyond 48 hours after completion incur £5 daily storage fees. Unclaimed bikes after one month may be disposed of.
