Louise Parry is widely regarded as one of the foremost designers in the field of silversmithing and jewellery in the UK today. From her studio in the picturesque Cotswolds, she creates highly individual jewellery, timepieces, and silverware in gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Louise's work has been recognised with numerous awards, most recently in 2019 when she received a Highly Commended from Future Icons Accessories Award for her latest silver clock. She is included in the Goldsmiths Company directory 'Who's Who in Gold & Silver' and was honoured to be made a Freeman of The Worshipful Company Of Goldsmiths in 2014. In 2019, she received the Freedom of the City of London. Her work is featured in private collections worldwide, including the Pearson Silver Collection.

Commissions and Remodelling

Louise specialises in creating bespoke pieces of jewellery to commission. This can range from an exquisite engagement ring to a pair of cufflinks or a bangle for a special birthday, or remodelling an existing piece. She works with a variety of precious metals and stones, with prices ranging from 900 to 35,000. A consultation with Louise is the first step in the process. This is an opportunity to discuss design ideas and agree on a budget. Louise often sketches during these discussions but can also produce work using computer-aided design. If you wish to proceed, a deposit of 10% of the final approximate budget is required. This enables Louise to source stones for your approval, all of which are ethically sourced. A second meeting may be needed to choose stones, after which a final invoice is provided for approval before the piece is made.
