Our Story
From their humble beginnings in Bavaria and Switzerland to their current venture in Birkenshaw, West Yorkshire, Bernd and Sharon's journey is a testament to their passion for fine dining and exceptional service. With a career spanning Michelin-Starred and award-winning restaurants across Europe, including the five-star Langham Hotel in London and the gourmet restaurant at the Grand Hotel Quellenhof in Bad Ragaz in Switzerland, Bernd and Sharon have achieved numerous accolades, including Les Routiers' Restaurant of the Year award and Gold status at the Fine Dining Restaurant of South Devon Hospitality Awards.
