Founded in 1996 by Leslie Robson, the business is now run by the second generation of the Robson family, Alex and Kayleigh Robson, with brothers Matt and Chris playing crucial roles in sales, service, and installations. - Matthew Robson, Installations Engineer: Matthew took over installations from Chris over 5 years ago and has been installing water softeners ever since. Matthew's meticulous approach ensures that every installation is carried out with the utmost care and professionalism.
- Chris Robson, Sales and Service Engineer: Chris has worked with Bath and West Water Softeners for nearly 18 years. As a qualified plumber, Chris has installed water softeners across the South West of England. His technical knowledge and ability make him one of the best water softener engineers in the industry.
