Our History

Chantecleer Antiques takes its name from the rooster of the same title in Chaucer's Canterbury Tales, combining the town's position on the Medieval Pilgrim's Way and its cockerel emblem. Our associates, Bruce and Geoff, offer a friendly welcome to browsers and enthusiasts alike at the sign of the cockerel, 48 West Street, Dorking.
