• Cancellation policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of the first night will be charged.
• Payment policy: The guest will be charged for the first night's accommodation on the same day of arrival.
• Deposit: A cash deposit or credit card pre-authorisation is required for damages and will be refunded at the time of check-out, pending room inspection.
• Smoking policy: We are a non-smoking hotel, and any guest found to be smoking in their room will be charged an additional fee.
