Company Performance
The company has been consistently rated highly by its customers and employees alike. The staff is described as helpful, with efficient collection and delivery processes. Employees praise the management for being good and looking after them without pushing them too hard. There have been instances of excellent communication with the staff, such as the positive experience with Kat.
Customer Service
However, there have been a couple of instances where customers have reported negative experiences. One customer encountered rude staff and drivers with no manners, which was quite disheartening. Another customer had an issue with a truck parked on a private car park, which led to the driver becoming abusive and threatening. This was followed by unhelpful responses from the head office and the business next door.
Work Environment
Employees have generally positive experiences working for the company. They praise the management for being good and looking after them. The workplace seems to have a positive environment where employees are not pushed too hard.
