With a substantial entry into the skip hire industry in 1981, the company moved to Gilwern and later operated from the old Workhouse in Abergavenny, trading as Abergavenny Waste Disposal. Since then, the company has grown to become one of the largest employers in Brynmawr, with an average of 50 members on staff and over 30 trucks on the road at any one time.
