We take pride in our quality assurance processes, which are firmly rooted in the application of the principles of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) as detailed in Codex Alimentarius. We hold a number of accreditations and certifications, including the BRC Global Standard for Food Safety, the Soil Association, and Red Tractor Meat Processing. Our team of highly skilled butchers use both traditional and alternative cutting methods to produce the cuts our customers want, and we are committed to delivering top-quality produce and exceptional service.

Our Products

Our product range is extensive and varied, catering to the diverse needs of our customers. We offer a wide range of meats, including beef, lamb, pork, bacon, and gammon, as well as poultry, game, and sausages. Our cooked meats and deli products are also highly popular, and we have a range of marinated products to add that extra flavor to our customers' dishes. We are also committed to providing nose-to-tail pork, diced gammon ham, pheasant breast, and rose veal, as well as lamb shoulder and other specialty meats.
