Our full property management service includes, but is not limited to, managing all tenant contact, handling all maintenance issues, dealing with all tenancy renewals, serving any required notices, carrying out routine inspections, ensuring all Gas and Electricity Checks have been completed, ensuring all legal requirements are met, reading Utilities and notifying the relevant suppliers, notifying local authorities, acting as arbitrators with deposit releases and deduction negotiations, and registering the tenants deposit within an affiliated government-approved scheme. We also offer a tenant finder's service for a fee, which covers all aspects of the legal documentation needed as well as registering the tenants deposit and completing a full detailed inventory at the commencement of tenancy.
