• Smoke Soundness Testing: We offer smoke soundness testing from just 100. This involves accessing the roof and chimney terminal and testing for any leaks or issues.
• CCTV Inspections: Our CCTV inspections are priced at 60 or 30 when used alongside a standard sweep for fault finding, nest removal, or blockage clearance.
• Nest/Blockage Removal: We offer nest and blockage removal from just 100. This includes power sweeping, use of specialist equipment, CCTV inspection, and up to 90 minutes of labour.
• Cowl Supply and Fitting: We supply and fit caps and cowls from just 20 and 50 respectively. We offer discounts on multiple sweeps in the same property.

Preparing for a Sweep

To prepare for a sweep, we ask that you clear the area around the fireplace and ensure that there is nothing obstructing access to the chimney. We also ask that you provide us with clear access to the property and any necessary keys or codes.
