Our Story

Whelan's Hairdressing & Barbers was founded by Mick Whelan in 2000. Located on High Street in Chellaston, Derby, our salon has been a staple of the community for over two decades. Throughout this time, we have strived to bring the high standards of the city centre out into the suburb, offering our clients a truly exceptional hairdressing experience.

Our team of 7 stylists have a combined 190 years of experience in the hairdressing industry. We pride ourselves on our strong family values and the exceptional service we provide to our clients. • Friday: 8.30am - 6.00pm
• Saturday: 8.00am - 4.00pm
• Sunday: 10.00am - 2.00pm
