Jay Ashall Partnership is a Chartered Architects Practice founded in 1989, with a mission to achieve our client's vision through considerate design and innovative techniques. Our team of experienced architects has a wealth of knowledge to guide our clients through projects, from designing unique traditional and contemporary homes to constructing new schools and restoring listed buildings. We plan and design buildings for the future, always considering social, historical, and environmental impacts of each commission. Our focus is on sustainable architecture using traditional and contemporary methods to realise our client's vision.
Our Services
We undertake architecture projects throughout Cheshire and nationwide, in locations such as Knutsford, Mobberley, Wilmslow, Prestbury, Nantwich, and beyond. Our extensive skills allow the Architecture Practice to complete projects in both rural and urban locations. Our services include:
- Residential Developments: We have a substantial amount of experience with residential projects, completing large master plans for 100-500 houses to underbilling. We are happy to be involved in these schemes to realise planning potential of the site for land owners, in either outline or detail stage or to provide a bespoke service to take the project through to completion.
- Current Projects: Our current projects show some of the work we are undertaking over a range of sectors. These are at various stages of the RIBA plan of work and cover a wide range of design styles and construction techniques.
- Private Domestic Education Conservation Commercial Interiors: We have a wealth of experience in private and public projects, including commercial, educational, residential, and religious buildings, listed buildings, leisure, and urban regeneration projects.
- Planning Appeals: We also work alongside schools, local authorities, and charities in obtaining grant funding to enable projects to be realised.
Our Practice
The Practice workload is extensive and diverse, with a wealth of experience in private and public projects. The Practice ethos is to work in close liaison with our clients during each stage of the RIBA programme of works to achieve the best architectural solution to meet our client's brief, whilst promoting sustainable architectural design in every project. As Chartered Architects, we adhere to and implement the RIBA Code of Conduct and implement the Chartered Practice Accredited Standards.
