Our History
J. Fisher & Sons was founded by Jim Fisher in 1971, and since then, we have diversified into a variety of new markets, including road planing, plant hire, recycling, and Hiab load handling solutions. Today, we are a well-established, family-run business, with Jim's three sons, Gary, Peter, and Colin, actively involved in the day-to-day running of the company. Over the years, we have worked with a huge variety of clients, on all kinds of jobs, from supermarkets to safari parks.

Our Road Planing Services
Our comprehensive fleet of road planers is suitable for every application, ranging from mini planers for small works and footpaths to high-performance cold milling machines mounted on crawler tracks for the removal of pavement structures such as roads and runways. Our road planing services include partial pavement repairs, milling trenches, removing pavement strips, rehabilitating large surfaces, and removing asphalt layers.
