CNC Milling
Our CNC milling capabilities include 5-axis machining with YCM VMCs up to 10,000rpm spindle speed. We handle complex geometries using laser probing systems and 60-station tool changers. Components up to 700mm x 520mm x 480mm are produced with sub-micron accuracy for aerospace and industrial applications.
CNC Turning
Advanced CNC turning performed on Ecoca and Goodway lathes with capacities up to 80mm through-spindle. Our machines feature driven tooling, parts catchers, and bar feeders for automated production. We produce turned components up to 360mm diameter with 700mm between centres for complex shaft geometries.
Quality Inspection
Comprehensive inspection using DEA Mistral CMM with 700mm x 650mm x 500mm measurement range. We provide dimensional verification through Mitutoyo shadowgraph and surface finish testing. Our QA processes include digital traceability and batch control systems for full production transparency.
Mould Tools
Custom mould tool manufacture using high-precision machining centres. We produce complex tooling solutions with tight tolerances for injection moulding and forming applications. Our engineers utilise CAD/CAM software for 3D component design and toolpath generation.
Bead Blasting
Surface finishing services using 1250 capacity bead blast cabinet. We prepare components for coating or achieve specific surface finishes through controlled media blasting. This process removes machining marks and creates uniform textures for improved aesthetics and functionality.
