The Sussex Osteopaths, a family-owned local business, has been dedicated to providing high-quality, exceptional care for our patients since 2014. With two clinics located in Uckfield and one in Buxted, we are easily accessible from Uckfield and surrounding areas, such as Buxted, Crowborough, Maresfield, Newick, Nutley, and many other parts of East Sussex. Our team of qualified and registered osteopaths is passionate about delivering a professional yet personal service to each and every one of our patients.
Our Services: Personalised Treatment Plans
We offer a comprehensive range of treatment approaches, including joint articulation and manipulation, deep tissue massage, stretching, shockwave therapy, and laser therapy. Our team understands that every patient is different, and so too is their condition. That is why we do not believe in generic treatment plans, but rather tailor each plan according to the individual's needs. We will work with you to create a treatment plan specific to your problem and ensure that you have a better understanding of your condition and how we can help your body function better.
At The Sussex Osteopaths, we pride ourselves on being honest and passionate about providing the best care for our patients. If we do not believe that osteopathy is the best treatment option for you, we will refer you to another healthcare practitioner such as a consultant or GP.
Our Clinics: Accessible and Tailored
Our Uckfield clinics are located on Uckfield High Street and within Freedom Leisure Centre. They have onsite parking and the latter has disabled access. Our Buxted Clinic is run from our Garden office and nestled in the heart of Buxted's countryside, providing a peaceful and beautiful spot for your osteopathic appointment.
Our Team: Highly Qualified and Experienced
Callum and Sophie, the husband and wife team who founded The Sussex Osteopaths, both graduated with Masters degrees from The British School of Osteopathy (now known as the University College of Osteopathy) in London. They are highly qualified osteopaths insured by and members of the Institute of Osteopathy and registered with The General Osteopathic Council. They are dedicated to helping people feel and move better and enjoy hiking with their dog, enjoying a pub lunch, climbing a mountain, skiing, travelling, and being outdoors in the great British countryside.
