Rude Consultant

RosieL's experience with the London branch was disappointing from the start. She submitted her CV for a vacancy and received a call from a consultant, who initially seemed pleasant. However, when the consultant discovered RosieL had been temping as a receptionist while unemployed, they became rude and refused to help her, citing that her "CV was spoiled." This reaction was puzzling, considering Sammons' website advertises vacancies for receptionists. RosieL felt disrespected and didn't appreciate the consultant's abruptness, compounded by the fact that the consultant failed to follow up with a promised call the next day.

Arrogant and Negligent Service

Wizz also had a dreadful experience with Sammons. They found the service arrogant and negligent, leading to deep disappointment. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism encountered only served to exacerbate their dissatisfaction.
