We cater specifically to individuals seeking a more peaceful and private holiday experience, without the noise and chaos often associated with busy family caravan parks. Our site is meticulously maintained to the highest standards, ensuring that privacy is always respected and maintained. We offer a range of high-quality, fully serviced holiday homes, which can be purchased new or pre-owned, and are available for use for 11 months of the year. In addition, we also offer new and used static caravans for sale for offsite locations.

Our Location and Attractions
Our caravan park is situated in a prime location, with direct access to the privately owned sandy beach "Pettycur", which is just a two-minute stroll down the cliff face protected stairway. Residents can take a leisurely stroll on the clean safe sands at Pettycur Beach, paddle and bathe in the waters of the Forth, or visit many of the local tourist attractions. The surrounding locality offers a wide range of activities, including sailing, fishing, swimming, horse riding, and golfing, with several renowned golf courses, including Kinghorn and Doghead Golf courses, and the Old and New Course at St Andrews, all within a few minutes' drive.
