History
Polarity Electrical is owned by David Smith, who, with his father, Derek Smith, ran an electrical contracting business in Bournemouth, established in 1967. David entered the business in 1977, and his sons, Nick and Matt Smith, joined in 2001 and 2004, respectively. Our long-standing experience has allowed us to provide regular installation and maintenance services for many of the foremost public and private sector clients in the area.
Our team of experienced electricians has worked on a wide range of projects, from installing low energy lighting that complies with Part L1 of the building regulations to general power, smoke detectors, emergency lighting, door entry systems, intruder alarm systems, communal satellite aerial systems, and services for lifts, telephones, and control wiring. We take pride in our ability to provide customised solutions that meet the specific requirements of each project.
