Repairing kerb damage makes a big difference to a vehicle's appearance and increases its market value. Our team of experienced technicians can repair any kerb damage quickly and efficiently, leaving your alloy wheels looking as good as new.
Scratches and Scuffs
Scratches and scuffs can occur when a vehicle is incorrectly recovered, clamped, or by incorrect removal and fitting of tyres. Our team of experts can repair any scratches and scuffs, leaving your alloy wheels looking great and maintaining their value.
Corrosion
All alloy wheels show signs of corrosion as the lacquer and paint will crack with age. Corrosion on alloys can be accelerated by the weather, road salt, break dust, or using bad quality cleaner. We completely remove all corrosion from alloy wheels and restore them to their original condition.
Premium Refurb Service
Our premium refurb service is a full refurbishment and powder coating service that will leave your alloy wheels looking brand new. Our service includes:
- Removing tyres from rims
- Pressure washing wheels to remove brake dust and general dirt
- Placing wheels in our stripping acid tank for about 30 minutes to remove paint
- Shot blasting the wheels to remove remained bits and pieces
- Repairing any damaged/kerbed areas with special filler
- Baking wheels in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes to remove trapped air in aluminium to prevent corrosion
- Applying high build primer and baking for 20 minutes
- Applying colour powder and baking for another 20 minutes (colour options include Silver nickel, Silver Chrome, Gun metal, black and White)
- Applying a final lacquer layer to protect the wheels from scratches and UV rays
