Who We Are

Gym/Pilates in the Park is a family-run business founded by personal trainers Andrew and Victoria Mitchison. We share a love of the outdoors, travel, sailing, Krav Maga, photography, and have two Pomeranian dogs. Our passion for health and fitness led us to create Gym/Pilates in the Park, which has been growing in locations over the past 6 years. We are committed to helping our clients reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Andrew is an established personal trainer and founder of Gym/Pilates in the Park and Fit Body Retreats. With over 25 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Andrew has trained lords and members of parliament, chairmen of major banks and many successful business owners. His passion for health and fitness inspired him to create the 21 Day Fit Body Challenge, which produced many success stories.

Victoria is a personal trainer and Pilates instructor who has trained clients over the past 15 years. Her background in dance and understanding of the human body made personal training a natural progression for her. Victoria has a caring and understanding nature that enables her to train people of different abilities and stages of life. She works around injuries and makes clients feel at ease.
