Services
Osteopathic Treatment
Hands-on osteopathic techniques address musculoskeletal issues through joint mobilisation, soft tissue manipulation, and spinal adjustments. Our approach improves mobility, reduces pain, and enhances bodily function by treating structural imbalances. Patients receive individualised sessions combining diagnostic precision with therapeutic intervention.
Acupuncture
Integrated acupuncture sessions utilise fine needles to stimulate specific points for pain relief and healing. This evidence-based practice complements osteopathic treatment by addressing chronic pain, inflammation, and nervous system imbalances. Sessions follow strict hygiene protocols with single-use sterile needles.
Remedial Exercises
Customised exercise programmes reinforce treatment effects through targeted movements and stretches. These evidence-based routines improve strength, flexibility, and posture while preventing recurrence. Patients receive illustrated guides and video demonstrations for home practice.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Specialised recovery plans address sports-related musculoskeletal injuries through combined manual therapy and progressive exercise. Treatment focuses on restoring function, preventing re-injury, and optimising athletic performance through biomechanical assessment and tailored rehabilitation.
Postural Advice
Personalised posture assessments identify structural imbalances from daily activities. Practical recommendations include workspace adjustments, movement pattern corrections, and lifestyle modifications to prevent strain and maintain musculoskeletal health.
