Poor Customer Service and Unreliable Experience
The majority of reviewers had a negative experience with Just Value Doors (JVD). Michal Kit and Kayley Passingham both reported horrible experiences with the company, with poor customer service and unreliable delivery times. Michal ordered a window and was told that what he chose was not standard, and he was forced to wait two months for it to be manufactured. He tried to cancel the order, but JVD refused to honour his cancellation request.
Kayley's experience was even worse. She ordered doors with glass that didn't fit, internal blinds that were fitted back to front, and was offered an alternative product to be supplied at her own cost. The company refused to respond to her, and she had to use section 75 of her credit card to get a refund.
Mixed Reviews
However, a few reviewers had positive experiences with JVD. Anthony Dickinson was pleased with the contact he had with the company, although he hadn't received his French doors yet. Chris Bennett praised the customer service he received, saying that Charly, a customer service advisor, was very helpful. Douglas Ferguson and Claire Turner also had positive experiences, with quick and easy service.
Negative Aspects
The majority of negative reviews centred around poor customer service and unreliable delivery times. Matt Edmonds reported chasing up his glazed unit for two weeks, but never received a call back to sort the issue. Bruce Lovelock's experience was particularly poor, with no product delivered despite being told it would take two weeks. He also complained about being told it wasn't possible to deliver the product he ordered, even though he selected it on the website.
