Our Founder: Daniella Short

Daniella's journey began with a thirst for physical fitness, leading her to a distinguished career in the British Army. Her passion for health and movement then propelled her to explore complementary therapies, enabling her to fully understand the interconnectedness between physical performance and recovery.

Her qualifications include Advanced Medical Acupuncture, Dry Cupping, Dry Needling, and Kinesthesiology Taping. Daniella is also a certified tutor and assessor, sharing her expertise with the next generation of sports massage therapists.
