Breakey & Nuttall are Chartered Surveyors, Valuers, and Property Advisors based in Oldham, founded by Christopher Breakey BSc MRICS and Joanne Nuttall BSc CPEA in January 2011. Since then, the practice has grown, and agency surveyor, Glenn Drake-Owen, joined the team in May 2013. They are supported by administration staff, providing a comprehensive and professional service to the Commercial, Industrial, and Retail property market in North East Manchester, including Oldham, Tameside/Glossop, Rochdale, and surrounding areas.
