AJ's Classic Cakes is a family-run, independent, and award-winning Artisan Bakery specialising in gluten-free, vegan, and allergy-friendly cakes in a variety of flavours. Our cottage industry, based in Balsall Common village near Coventry, caters to cake lovers locally and within the West Midlands and Warwickshire areas.

Our Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Allergy-Friendly Ranges accommodate a variety of dietary requirements. Our Services
At AJ's Classic Cakes, we provide a personal service to every customer, no matter how small or large the cake order. Your cakes are freshly baked to order, lovingly gift wrapped, and hand delivered to your door by us. We understand the importance of attention to detail, which is why we include an ingredient chit with every cake, detailing the ingredients used and providing shelf and storage advice. We are registered with Solihull Borough Council and have successfully completed a Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering to ensure our high hygiene standards are maintained.
