Our Story
I, Hayley Spencer, was first introduced to the funeral profession in 2005, spending two weeks with York Co-op on a work experience placement. By the end of the placement, I knew that I wanted to return to the funeral industry as soon as I was old enough to be taken seriously. I was fortunate enough to begin an administration role three years later and went on to become a Trainee Funeral Director & Mortuary Assistant, qualifying in 2011 with a Level 4 Professional Diploma in Funeral Directing & Management.
