Patient Satisfaction
The clinic received mixed feedback from its patients. Some were extremely satisfied with the treatment, such as Maria Cranley, who found the outcome very pleasing and would highly recommend the clinic. Claire Scorey also reported a significant improvement after just six weeks of treatment and was able to return to work pain-free. Jane Moores was thrilled with the treatment and felt her condition improved almost immediately, even recommending the clinic to others.
However, not all patients were happy with their experience. Pamela Hargreaves felt let down by the treatment and did not see any improvement despite several visits. The cost of treatment was also a major issue for her. Tony Hill had a poor experience, feeling that the clinic was a waste of time and money, as he did not receive any adjustments despite spending over 100. Derrick Evans noted an improvement but did not specify how he felt about the clinic overall.
Treatment Experience
Patients generally found the staff to be knowledgeable and experienced, with Maria Cranley appreciating the detailed explanations provided. Jane Moores found the staff to be lovely and was happy with her treatment. However, Pamela Hargreaves did not enjoy the massage machine used during her appointments and felt the treatment was too severe. The cost of treatment was a significant issue for some patients. Pamela Hargreaves felt that the cost of 35 per 12-minute appointment was prohibitive, especially as she did not see any improvement. Tony Hill also felt that the clinic was too expensive and did not provide value for money. However, Maria Cranley and Jane Moores were happy with the cost of the treatment and felt it was worth the investment for the improvement they experienced.
