Our founder and Sports Massage Therapist, Giovanni Vinck, is an established member of the reputable Register of Exercise Professionals, ensuring that our values of hard work and dedication shine through in everything we do.
Who We Are
As a Personal Trainer's Hub, we offer a facility that is fully equipped with therapy rooms and class studios, dedicated to supporting Fitness Instructors, Apprentices, Personal Trainers, and Nutrition Advisors to practice their skills, develop themselves, and enjoy what they studied for. We pride ourselves on reinforcing our Gym Etiquette House Rules & Regulations whenever necessary to safeguard the wellbeing of all our Members, Visitors, Staff, Personal Trainers, and Equipment.
Our Services
Independent Instructors & Personal Trainers have a unique place to take their clients for regular exercise, classes, GP referral schemes, and treatments such as Sports Massage Therapy, without the standard fitness club membership restrictions. Our Personal Trainers focus on the "Personal" in Personal Training, ensuring that your Health & Fitness is our priority in the most welcoming, friendly, and safe atmosphere.
