Our experienced personal trainer, Ross, has been in the industry for over 10 years, working with a wide range of clients and gaining a wealth of experience in obesity and diabetes management, back pain management, and other health-related issues.

Our mission is to improve the health and well-being of hundreds of people around Shropshire, and to get more people involved in exercise. We believe that exercise should play a huge role in your life, not just for your physical health but also for your mental well-being. Our goal is to make exercise enjoyable and fun, while also helping you achieve tangible results.
Our Services
We offer a range of personal training services, including single sessions, block sessions, and group sessions. Each client will have an accompanied fitness app that will allow Ross to assign workouts, nutritional recipe packs, and lifestyle habits. We also offer specialized programs for weight loss, toning, muscle hypertrophy, strength and power training, sport-specific exercise referral, and lower back pain management.
