Andrew Lambert

With a degree in Business from Cardiff University, Andrew started his recruitment career in 2006. He progressed to senior management and has worked with a wide range of clients from international consultancies to small businesses, placing property professionals from graduate to director level. In his spare time, Andrew enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, and participating in various sports.

Alison Longdin

Alison has over 22 years of recruitment experience, starting her career in 1998. She progressed from a Trainee Consultant to a Regional Director, managing over 70 consultants. In 2015, she joined a national recruitment consultancy as a Director, going back to her roots in Surveying recruitment.
