Services
Relaxing Massage
This therapeutic treatment promotes full-body relaxation through gentle stroking and kneading techniques. Ideal for stress relief and improved circulation, it helps clients achieve mental clarity and physical comfort. Sessions available in 30-90 minute durations accommodate various schedules and needs.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this technique addresses chronic pain and tension through focused pressure application. Particularly effective for athletes and office workers, it helps alleviate knots and improve mobility. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 90 minutes for comprehensive treatment.
Chinese Tui-Na
Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles, this therapy uses rhythmic pressure to stimulate energy flow and balance bodily systems. It effectively reduces stress while addressing specific health concerns through meridian point activation. Treatments last 60-90 minutes for optimal results.
Hot Stone Massage
Utilizing heated basalt stones, this treatment combines heat therapy with massage to melt away muscle tension. The warmth penetrates deep into tissues while therapists use stones of varying sizes for different pressure points. Sessions available from 30-90 minutes.
Cupping Therapy
This ancient technique uses controlled suction to increase blood flow and release muscle knots. Particularly beneficial for chronic pain sufferers, it leaves temporary circular marks indicating toxin release. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes as standalone treatment.
