Our Story

Gully Howard was formed in 2003 through the merger of Jeremy Gully Commercial and Howard Associates Chartered Surveyors. Over the years, we have evolved to become the largest chartered surveyors' practice on the Isle of Wight. In 2021, we refocused our business to concentrate on commercial property, drawing on our extensive knowledge and expertise in this area.

We also provide marketing advice, helping clients to determine the optimal price for their property. In addition, our expert use of drone technology allows us to capture stunning aerial footage and photographs, ideal for surveyors, builders, and private individuals. We also generate comprehensive, to-scale floor plans drawn in AutoCAD, suitable for a variety of applications, including fire plans, planning applications, and boundary issues.
