At Resolute Property Consultancy, we are passionate about the built environment, and it is our mission to provide clear and unfettered professional advice that is pragmatic and sensible. Our expertise in the property market covers all sectors and is across the whole of the UK.

Resolute was founded by Mark Goulding, a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Project Management Surveyor, who has had a distinguished career in the property industry. Mark has been involved in high-profile and exciting property developments and transactions, and now leads the Resolute Property team.

Our professional services include dilapidations, schedules of condition, defect diagnosis and analysis, party walls, and maintenance management. We also offer technical due diligence services, including pre-acquisition surveys, portfolio surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments.

Our projects team provides development management, project management, contract administration, employer's agent, cost consultancy, procurement advice, value engineering, and lender/funder monitoring services. In addition, we offer SKA assessment services, an environmental assessment method for non-domestic fit-outs, led and owned by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
