Our journey began over 30 years ago, when our director, Marcus Alderson, set up his independent estate agency in 2006. With a lifelong passion for the Yorkshire Dales, Marcus took inspiration from the beautiful countryside to establish a business that would be a true reflection of the area's charm.
Together with his team, Marcus has worked tirelessly to build a reputation for providing exceptional service, using his extensive local knowledge to guide clients through the process of buying and selling property. Marcus Alderson, Director
Marcus is a Dales man at heart, with family roots in the Swaledale village of Muker dating back to the 17th century. With over 30 years' experience in the industry, Marcus takes genuine pleasure in helping people buy and sell property in Richmondshire and the outlying areas.
Richard Thompson, Director
Richard joined the company in 2013 and brings with him over 30 years of experience in estate agency. With a background in running branches for a national estate agent, Richard is a people person who firmly believes in a friendly, fair, and professional approach.
Carla Sweete, Rentals Manager
Carla has been with the company for many years and has seen the business grow to become the success it is today. She takes pride in traditional values and offers clients a first-class service, believing that communication is key to achieving this.
Rosie Dent, Senior Negotiator
Rosie provides the type of service that she would wish to receive herself. She's always trying to find the buyer to fit the home. Rosie believes that our home spaces have become more important than ever, so it goes without saying that she feels privileged working in areas of such outstanding countryside and National Parks.
