Therapists utilise advanced assessment techniques, including MRI and blood test interpretation, to create comprehensive management strategies that address both symptoms and underlying causes.
Pilates
Pilates-based rehabilitation focuses on core stability and functional movement patterns using state-of-the-art equipment. Tailored programmes address back pain, hypermobility, and sports injuries through progressive strengthening and postural re-education. Sessions combine mat work with reformer and Cadillac machines to create individualised rehabilitation plans that improve mobility and prevent recurrence.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture treatment integrates traditional Chinese medicine with modern physiotherapy techniques to manage chronic pain and inflammation. Targeted needle placement stimulates natural healing processes while addressing musculoskeletal imbalances. This complementary therapy creates windows of opportunity for effective rehabilitation by reducing pain and improving mobility.

Treatments address specific injuries while promoting overall relaxation and wellbeing. Pregnancy massage supports expectant mothers through tailored sessions that alleviate musculoskeletal discomfort and prepare the body for childbirth.
