Our experienced and dedicated team, led by Heidi, the nursery manager, ensure that every child feels valued, safe, and supported. We take pride in our nurturing approach, where a warm smile and calm interactions create an atmosphere of security and confidence. We understand that children's physical and mental wellbeing is paramount, and our approach reflects this commitment.

A Nourishing Environment

Food and exercise are integral to a child's overall wellbeing, and we are passionate about promoting healthy eating habits. Our philosophy is centred around enjoying a balanced diet with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. We have achieved a Platinum Healthy Eating award from Shropshire Council and hold a Level 5 in Food Health & Hygiene. Our menus change regularly to reflect the seasons, and our meals are prepared daily from scratch on site. Breakfast, mid-morning snack, and afternoon tea form an integral part of our daily routines.

Forest School and Outdoor Play

We are committed to outdoor play and access to fresh air every day, whether it's exploring the woodland, playing in the garden, or engaging in forest school activities. Our curriculum is designed to weave learning experiences seamlessly throughout the day, often without the children realising it. Mealtimes, outdoor play, adult-guided activities, songs, stories, sensory play, and messy play all form part of our daily routine, providing numerous opportunities for learning and exploration.
