Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Irene Thomas and Mina both had a positive experience with Hurley Burley's fast delivery, with Irene specifically mentioning that the bracelet was engraved very clearly. Suzanne Gledhill also had a good experience with delivery, although it was affected by the Royal Mail strike. In contrast, Marisha King had a poor experience with delivery, with the company stating that Royal Mail lost her parcel and then refusing to give the parcel to Royal Mail for tracking.
Customer Service
Ashley Winter, Suzanne Gledhill, and Lou Wright all had positive experiences with Hurley Burley's customer service. Ashley received free bespoke engraving and a helpful response to his request, while Suzanne received speedy replies to her queries and assistance with arranging for her parcel to be collected by UPS. Lou Wright also received excellent customer service, with a prompt replacement sent to her for a faulty item.
Product Quality and Fit
While some customers were pleased with the quality of Hurley Burley's products, others had issues. Alice Gould's earrings were of poor quality and had a faulty clasp, Chloe Elizabeth's bracelets were too small for adults and had tiny straps, and Ashley Winter's necklace was initially not suitable for his husband, requiring a replacement.
