Our Story

Founded in 1946 by Norman Milligan and his wife Joan, our first store opened on Elswick Road in Newcastle upon Tyne. Over the years, our family-owned business has grown and expanded, with our granddaughter Louise taking the reins and modernising the brand. Today, we have numerous food outlets across the North East of England, offering freshly prepared, quality food to our customers.
