Drivers and Customer Service
Captain Jack, Michael, Big Lee, Mick Jr, and Jim were praised for their exceptional knowledge, helpfulness, and kindness during the journeys. Their ability to provide detailed information about the places they visited made the trips more enjoyable for the passengers. The drivers were also commended for their cleanliness of the coaches and the overall comfort they provided.
Hotel and Trip Experience
The Carrington House Hotel was described as fantastic, with excellent food, rooms, and overall experience. The surprise trip to Melton on Sea was particularly enjoyed, with passengers appreciating the view of the Isle of Wight.

Negative Experiences
