*Ben Pull, Managing Director*

Ben's journey in the electrical contracting industry commenced in 2002, when he began an apprenticeship at G W & E Wright. His dedication to learning and growth led him to undertake training at college, providing a solid foundation for his career. In 2024, Ben was appointed Managing Director, taking ownership of the business and driving it towards continued success and growth.

*Kevin Gower, Finance Manager/Company Secretary*

Kevin's impressive 28-year career at Hornby Hobbies Ltd culminated in his joining the G W & E Wright team in 2015. As Finance Manager/Company Secretary, Kevin efficiently manages all financial affairs and serves as the Office Manager for our bustling Ashford office. His seasoned leadership plays a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and success in our endeavours.

*John Stansfield, Non-Exec Director*

John's esteemed 30-year tenure in finance culminated in his taking the role of non-executive director at G W & E Wright in 2014. John's wealth of experience and financial acumen make him an invaluable asset to the business, offering invaluable guidance and support to senior management.

James joined G W & E Wright in 2015, following a successful apprenticeship at his family's electrical company. James oversees all aspects of site operations, ensuring that our projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Andy brings over thirty years of experience in the electrical contracting industry to our team, serving as Contracts Manager.
