At Denise O'Connell Counselling, we are dedicated to providing a safe and non-judgemental environment for individuals and couples to explore their personal issues and find a way forward through difficult and stressful times. With over 20 years of experience in counselling, our qualified and accredited counsellor, Denise O'Connell, has worked with a wide range of clients, helping them to address various issues such as anxiety and stress, depression, relationship problems, dealing with loss, and domestic and sexual abuse.

Our Services

Our Experience and Qualifications

Denise O'Connell is a BACP Registered and Accredited Counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling from York St John University. She has extensive experience working in various settings, including counselling organisations, GP surgeries, hospitals, and relationship organisations. She regularly attends training courses to ensure that her skills and knowledge are up-to-date and that she can offer a current and well-informed service to her clients.
