• Fabrication & Welding: Our fabrication workshop covers an area of 4100m2, enabling us to assemble structures of up to 80 tonnes. We use submerged arc welding techniques to produce tubulars, comprising multiple cans, up to a max diameter of 5 metres. Our skilled fabricators and welders have extensive experience working on both small and large-scale projects.
• Cutting Services: Unlike many other fabricators, we have an extensive in-house CNC plate and pipe profiling facility backed up by our considerable stock of certified steel. This facility complements our fabrication and welding departments, offering a one-stop-shop for our customers and faster lead times.
• Profiling: Our profiling services complement our cutting services, offering a precise cutting technique that produces accurate parts with minimal material wastage. Our CNC profiling machines enable us to profile a wide range of materials, from mild steel to stainless steel.
