Our Services

Our online appointment booking system allows you to book a consultation or re-check with a vet, as well as arrange routine appointments for vaccinations, boosters, and medication reviews. You can also book nurse appointments, including nail trims, injections, and post-operative checks. If your pet is injured or requires emergency attention, please call us on 01525 237444 for advice and to arrange an appointment to see a vet as soon as possible.

Review: Hannah and her team without exception are simply amazing. They are kind and caring to our dog eddison and us, always taking time to talk and keep us updated. They never gave up on Eddie, always fighting for his best interests. Eddie stayed with the them during the day and they loved and looked after him wonderfully. Hannah herself is pragmatic and caring, and having had bad experience with other vets, heath and reach vets are in a different league to the rest. Review: Absolutely the best vets in a wide area; Hannah and her team are amazing, very friendly, extremely professional and has an awareness of the cost of keeping and caring for a pet, more than helpful in ensuring your getting best value for money. We wouldn't go anywhere else and recommend to anyone who asks, even though our very large Cane Corso has taken an unfortunate dislike to Hannah, Hannah isn't phased at all, she's known her since she was 12 weeks old and 7kg to 3 years and nearly 60kg!

Review: So refreshing when the vet takes the time to talk to your dog. Give her a lovely stroke and make her calm down. Not only that. The receptionists excellent. Fast diagnosis and didn't break the bank. Cookie is a bit of a plonker at the vets. But everyone did their best to make her calm. Thankyou guys.

Review: Hannah and the team at the practice are absolutely fantastic. Whenever we've had to make difficult decisions we have been supported with knowledge and compassion. I've been using this vets for our cats for over 5 years and they've always been happy and content when in with them and on being treated. Other vets have somehow made them quite stressed but never had that experience for any of them at Heath and Reach. Never had a problem booking appointments, both non-emergency and emergency. Highly recommend.

Review: This is the best vets by far, around 2 years ago they looked after our beloved dog Basil in his last days. We now have a new boy called Murphy who had a very bad first 3 years until he came to live with us he had many problems and though no fault of his he was aggressive, so we were very worried about his first visit to the vets, we explained how he was but there was no need to worry the vet treated him with so much care and understanding that he was fine.

Review: Always so happy to accommodate us on the same day and our GSD is so friendly but overly excited and bouncy so she can be quite a handful. She is very well trained but gets a bit fizzy when we're not around and with Covid she needs to go in by herself which means she can get quite bouncy for the vet. They are always happy to see her and she even gets a hello cuddle.
