Our Services
Our clinic is fully equipped with the most up-to-date ophthalmic equipment, allowing our team to fully investigate ocular problems and offer the best treatment for your pet. We provide ophthalmology services for small animals (and some off-site large animals) with ocular disease and/or emergencies. Our most frequent referrals are dogs, cats, and rabbits, although our team also sees many other animals, including guinea pigs, and has even treated a penguin and a goose.
We treat a wide variety of eye conditions and diseases, including cataracts, corneal ulcers, glaucoma, and many other less common problems. Our team is dedicated to providing gold standard care for all your veterinary ophthalmic needs, treating a huge range of ophthalmic conditions from cataracts through to sudden onset blindness. Emergency and urgent referrals will be offered appointments following triage from our ophthalmologists.
Referral Process
Eye Vet is a dedicated ophthalmic referral centre, and referrals are made through your usual vet. Vets can complete the online referral form or email us. We understand the importance of providing timely and effective care for your pet, and our team is committed to working closely with you and your vet to ensure the best possible outcome.
Insurance & Payment
Consultations, treatments, surgeries, and medications must be paid for at the time of your visit. If your pet is insured, we can help with the forms. We understand that pet insurance can be complex, and our team is happy to work with you to ensure that you receive the maximum benefit from your policy.
