From bespoke celebration cakes to everyday treats, Carolines' talented team of cake decorators and bakers work closely with customers to design and create mouth-watering masterpieces that exceed expectations.

Our History

Founded in 1971 by Elsie Hughes, Carolines started as a small shop in Wrexham's Central Arcade. Over the years, the business grew, and in 1999, we took over a wholesale bakery in Shropshire. Today, the business is run by Elsie's grandson, Mark, with his parents, Peter and Mary, brother Paul, and uncle Philip Lynch, all serving as directors.

We're proud of our heritage and our commitment to building strong relationships with our customers. We're always happy to help with selections, planning, stock management, and display, and our sales team is available 7 days a week to offer guidance and support.
