Our Story
I have been baking and decorating since 2011, inspired by my younger daughter to create great looking and exceptional tasting cakes. Over the years, I have honed my skills, perfecting my craft and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in cake design. Today, Fancier Cakes is a reputable business, fully registered with Dudley Council and boasting a hygiene rating of 5 stars, the highest that can be achieved. Additionally, I hold a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate, Public Liability insurance, and am a proud member of the British Sugarcraft Guild.
