Exceptional Care and Staff
Reviews from Gemma Walker, Zoe & The Family Purdie-Wood, and the staff highlight the exceptional care and service provided by Fig. Gemma praises the staff and management, stating that they always go above and beyond for residents. Zoe & The Family Purdie-Wood share a similar sentiment, describing the staff as loving, kind, and genuinely warm. They rave about the facilities, including the beautiful home, communal area, garden, and salon services.
The family's experience is particularly noteworthy, as they describe the staff as "amazingly supportive" during a stressful process. They also appreciate the regular entertainment, lunches, and parties that allow relatives to attend. The most touching moments come during the family's darkest hours, as the staff show kindness, compassion, and genuine emotion during the grandmother's final days and after her passing.
Disappointing Treatment of Staff
However, a stark contrast is painted by Robert Hutchings, who shares a dismal review of the treatment of staff. He gives a 1-star rating and warns others to avoid working with Fig, citing "appalling treatment" of staff.
