Who We Are

At Longleaze Pre-School and Nursery, we are committed to providing a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for children to learn and grow. We are proud to be an "Ofsted 'Good'" rated pre-school and nursery, dedicated to delivering high-quality care and education to our children. Our mission is to build the confidence and self-esteem of our children, providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to thrive in their future lives.

Our Aims

Our philosophy is built on the principles of providing a child-centred approach, where every child is valued and respected. Our aims include:

• Providing high-quality care and education for our children
• Building the self-esteem and confidence of our children
• Providing a safe, challenging, stimulating, caring, and sharing environment that is sensitive to the needs of all children and inclusive of those with special needs
• Empowering children to learn and make mistakes
• Promoting independence and encouraging children to make their own choices

• Working in partnership with parents and carers to provide a comprehensive child care service

Staff

Our staff team is dedicated to providing excellent care and education for our children. Our manager, Emma, leads the team and is responsible for the overall running of the pre-school. Our deputy manager, Kirsty, supports Emma in her role and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the pre-school. We also have a team of qualified and experienced staff who act as key workers for small groups of children, providing them with individual attention and support.
