What sizes can you frame?
We handle sizes from 100x100mm to 1220x915mm. Larger dimensions available for local collection. All frames custom-cut to your specifications with 1-3 day dispatch.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently deliver only within the UK, including remote Scottish regions and UK Isles. Channel Islands and BFPO addresses excluded due to courier restrictions.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Orders cannot be amended after processing (typically within 1 hour of placement). We recommend placing separate orders for additional items to ensure manufacturing accuracy.
What glazing options are available?
Standard 2mm clear acrylic, anti-reflective acrylic, UV100 protection, and 3mm glass options. No styrene alternatives – we prioritise quality with durable, clear glazing materials.
How do I measure artwork correctly?
Use our detailed measuring guides to determine 'artwork size' – the exact dimensions of your piece after trimming. For mounted works, measure the mount's external size for accurate framing.
What's your returns policy?
Custom-made items cannot be returned under UK law. We resolve manufacturing defects with replacements and offer goodwill solutions for customer errors reported within 48 hours.
